Notice About Privacy of Customer Information
Welcome to Fry Road MUD. The following information is being provided to help you become familiar with policies and procedures. Also, a few simple steps to get your water services started.
We will not be able to establish service in your name until all of the items are received at our office:
- Fill out a New Service Agreement for Fry Road MUD.
- Proof of ownership if required by your district.
- Driver’s License
- The district does require a $50.00 deposit prior to service. The deposit will be refunded when your account is closed and paid in full. If wanting service the same day all documents need to be turned in by 3p.m

A 10% penalty will be assessed if payment is received after the due date. This amount is shown in the “AFTER DUE DATE” on your bill.
Delinquent:
If your account becomes past due at the time current bills are generated, a termination notice will be sent to your address. Should full payment not be received as directed on the letter, your service will be disconnected. Should service be disconnected, a $25.00 reconnect fee will be added to your account. Full balance of your account will be required to restore service, payable by cashier’s check or money order only. If reconnecting due to non pay cut off time is 4 P.M.
Payment Options
Certain payment options are made available through service providers who may charge users a convenience fee in connections with some payment options. Users may pay the monthly water and sewer bill via the payment options provided through the District and its operator including but not limited to the following:

- In Person: No cash payments, Checks, Money Order or Cashier’s Check only.

Important notice: Payments made online or by phone can take 24-48 hours to post to your account and will not prevent penalties or disconnection of services
